Richmond, Maine - a wonderful place to live and visit

Richmond Area Senior Center

314 Front Street, Richmond, ME 04357  (207) 737-2161.

The Richmond Area Senior Center is working diligently to keep Our Seniors safe, healthy and informed..  I want to express again how necessary it is to follow all the States guidelines to continue to be safe, hopefully lower the curve and speed up our State’s Wellness. If we all do our part, the State will be open as usual sooner then later. When it is deemed safe, The Richmond Area Senior Center will open for our regular schedule. We all are missing the Center and the socializing. Please call me with questions, if you need information or MASKS or if you need groceries. I have a team of helpers willing to shop for you.......

Stay safe and healthy. See you soon!

Laurie Saunders, Director, 207-737-2251.

A message from Governor Janet Mills

Time and again, Maine people have risen to the challenges put in front of us. We have survived blizzards, ice storms, depressions, booms and busts. We’ve suffered loss — as a state and as families. We have conquered them because we are a strong, resilient people – borne of the western foothills; the northern potato fields; the bold, rocky coasts; and the tall, pine forests. We have been lifted up by the courage, conviction and resilience that comes from loving a place and its people. Let us continue to prepare, take every precaution, remain both careful and compassionate. We will get through this.
